Indian Head Massage
This massage starts on the upper back using strokes of a medium pressure getting lighter as it moves to the neck, head & face. Indian Head Massage brings relief to symptoms of stress, headaches, tension, sinus disorders and balances the body's energy.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is a deep tissue massage that is an excellent tension releaser, through firm and even strokes over the whole body all those areas of tension and stress are eased. This treatment leaves you relaxed and feeling calm. All the major muscles are addressed, focussing and relieving specific points of tension. Full body massage.

Aromatherapy Massage
Hands on full body massage with essential oils. These aromatic oils are extracted and distilled from plants, trees and herbs and are used to stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms. They also help to strengthen the nervous system and restore energy.

Reflexology
Reflexology improves nerve and blood supply and helps to restore and homeostasis (equilibrium). Only the hands are used to give treatment making it a safe, simple and effective method. The treatment is helpful in a wide range of complaints such as - migraine, back pain, kidney disorders, menstrual problems and heart and circulatory conditions.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese name meaning Universal Life Force. Reiki brings harmony and peace, balances your emotions and accelerates healing for the mind, body and soul.

Hand on Heart
This treatment centres the mind with the body, sharpening awareness of the feelings and sensations stimulated during the slow rhythmic massaging of both hands and feet, enlivening the energy flow on the body. These massages are orientated towards a number of sensitive and powerful pressure points, which stimulate energy interactions throughout the body, releasing mental and emotional blockages. The treatment culminates in gently rebalancing the chakras.

Thermoauricular (ear candling)
The treatment combines the use of Hopi Ear Candles which are lit and gently placed in the ears, starting with the left ear then the right, this is followed with a sinus massage on the face, finishing with a relaxing neck and shoulder massage. A gentle natural treatment for problems related to the ears and head.

Shamanic Healing
Shamanic Healers are conductors of healing energy or energy from the spiritual realm. Calling upon spiritual "helpers" such as power animals, angels, inner teachers, the client's higher self or other spiritual forces. Shamanic Healing is used as treatment for a range of emotional and physical illnesses.

Organic Fresh Fruit Facial
Skin analysis and advanced treatments for the face using natural organic products and organic fruit masks. This facial helps to relax, firm and lift the face. Facial massage includes neck and shoulders too.

Manicures and Pedicures from SpaRitual who are committed to creating eco-friendly products and packaging perfectly crafted for the enlightened consumer. They use Vegan ingredients from around the world, including many specially sourced and selected plant essences that are wild crafted or organic. The formulations are naturally coloured and free of synthetic dyes.
